Shipping Regions

We ship our premium padel gear all over the world. The only exceptions are countries/regions with trade restrictions, about which you will be notified during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the weight of your order. Once you’ve placed your desired items in your shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout. There, our system will calculate the exact shipping costs for you.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic Orders: For orders within our home country, please allow between 1-3 business days for your order to reach you.
  • International Orders: International orders typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 12-24 hours of placement. However, during peak seasons or sales events, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are not included in our shipping rates. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Damaged/Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately at our customer service email (to be provided). We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Antone Padel for your sporting needs. We strive to ensure that you’re delighted with every purchase. However, if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Here are our return and refund policies:

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase as well.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may have received a faulty item. In such cases, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange for the same item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the credited amount should appear in your account within a certain number of days.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are considered final sale, and they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return Your Item

To return an item to us, please ship it to the following address (Egide Walschaertsstraat 22C, 2800 Mechelen) under the following name (ShopWeDo e-fulfilment). We recommend reaching out to our customer service team first to receive a return authorisation number, which will help expedite the return process.
